Education

Keep hold of wisdom; do not let go; guard her, for she is your life. (Proverbs 4:13)

From its founding, the Lutheran Church has placed a special emphasis on education—only fitting for a church whose roots sprouted in a German university! This tradition continues today through the work of Lutheran colleges and schools across the globe, as well as the offerings of tens of thousands of Lutheran congregations.

On a local level, we support the growth of faith and knowledge through a variety of regular educational opportunities and special events.
